• You acknowledge that editorial and peer review decisions are made at the discretion of the journal editors and/or editorial boards. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The Tresearch website, platform design, branding, and underlying technology are owned or licensed by Tresearch OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Unless stated otherwise on a specific journal or article, you may access and read open access content for personal, academic, or non-commercial use, subject to any license conditions displayed with that content (e.g. specific Creative Commons licences).
• You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute substantial parts of the platform or its content without prior written permission, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable license.
• Authors and journals may retain copyright or grant licenses under specific terms. Where a license (e.g. CC-BY) is indicated on an article, those license terms will govern how that article may be used.

5. Editorial and Publishing Policy

Tresearch supports editorial independence and integrity for all hosted journals.

• Editorial decisions, peer review processes, and acceptance/rejection of manuscripts are carried out by editors and reviewers according to the policies of the respective journals.
• While Tresearch may provide tools, workflows, and support services, responsibility for the scientific content of published works rests with the authors and the corresponding journal.
• Tresearch is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any research outputs or opinions expressed in the published content.

6. Fees, Invoices and Refunds
